Lundberg Family Farms is seeking an individual for the full-time position of Mill Operations
Manager. This position is responsible for managing milling and packaging operations to
ensure that established goals and objectives with regards to quality, price, safety,
efficiency and customer requirements are achieved. This position is responsible for
communicating and coordinating with Dryer, Rice Cakes, Technical Services, Outside
Processing and Processing Departments regarding rice supply, quality, continuous
improvement and issue resolution. The Mill Operations Manager will be responsible for the
department’s capital budget, development of the staff, and will participate in the
development and implementation of new milling and packaging processes, products and
The successful candidate will have 10 years of relevant operations leadership experience
and a Bachelor’s Degree; a technical degree in engineering, milling science, food science
or operations preferred. Candidates must have successful experience leading, coaching
and managing; in-depth knowledge of milling and packaging equipment and systems,
including maintenance activities; and have demonstrated ability to work effectively
across organization boundaries and with diverse teams within a manufacturing
environment. Prior Mill Operations Management experience and experience with implementation
of Total Predictive Maintenance, Lean, or Six Sigma is preferred.
Lundberg Family Farms is seeking an experienced individual as a full-time Repair and Maintenance Coordinator for our Conway Ranch. This position is responsible for the service and repair of farm equipment and assisting the Farm Manager(s) with the supervision of shop staff. This position ensures that equipment maintenance is working effectively, safely, timely, and cost efficiently. The Repair and Maintenance Coordinator coordinates priorities with Farm Coordinator and adheres to all safety policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities include communicating with staff regarding daily assignments, maintaining shop cleanliness and organization, tracking attendance of shop staff and developing and maintaining an inventory program.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in repairing and maintaining farm equipment and farm experience related to rice production; Class A license preferred. Candidates must have the ability to fabricate specialized farm implements, possess excellent supervisory and communication skills, be proficient in computer software associated with the farm department, and have the ability to work in an environment where it is required to perform different job duties throughout the day.

This position is responsible for collecting, understanding, analyzing, reporting, and managing all sales-related data, including data from internal, distributor, retail, and third-party sources. This includes vetting data vendors and working with them to acquire the data necessary for the Company to make sound business decisions. The Sales Analyst will use data to create persuasive sales propositions for Regional Sales Managers to use in meetings with current and potential customers. The Sales Analyst will also make sales, promotional, and pricing strategy recommendations to the CFO and VP Sales & Marketing based on his/her analysis and experience. As a result of this person’s efforts, the Company will have a greater understanding of the Company’s sales, better visibility of the Company’s position in the market, stronger sales propositions, and improved decision-making ability.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or mathematical field; statistical analysis background preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years data analysis experience or an advanced degree. Experience with syndicated retail data (e.g. Nielsen, IRI, SPINS) and CPG industry experience preferred. This position is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily activities of planting, growing and harvesting rice to meet the Annual Farm Plan of Lundberg Family Farms Conaway Ranch. The Farm Manager will assist in the development and execution of the Annual Farm Plan and perform manual and skilled work in the area of rice and row crop production including irrigation, planting, leveling and harvesting. This position will oversee and manage the Farm staff and demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors at all times.
The successful candidate will possess at least five years of rice farming experience; organic farming experience preferred. At least three years of supervisory and management experience required. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of farm equipment operation and maintenance, familiarity with irrigation systems and excellent communication skills.

Lundberg Family Farms is seeking an individual for the full-time position of Market Research Coordinator. This position is responsible for applying both qualitative and quantitative techniques to gathering and interpreting data, creating reports, formulating opinions, and making substantiated recommendations based upon research findings in support of the Sales, Marketing, and Product Innovation Departments. Specifically, the position will be responsible for coordinating all consumer market research necessary during Lundberg’s product development process, including market sizing, trend identification, SWOT analysis, competitive review, online surveys, focus groups, and taste testing.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Market Research or a related field and have a minimum of 2 years of market research experience within the custom Market Research industry or at a CPG manufacturer; food industry experience preferred. An advanced market research degree may be substituted for experience. Candidates must have experience with statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, or Minitab; possess group presentation skills; have knowledge of consumer research techniques, both quantitative and qualitative; and have strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills. Familiarity with the Stage-Gate product development process is a plus. Candidates must have the ability to get ideas across in a non-confrontational manner in one-on-one situations or in small group settings.

Lundberg Family Farms is seeking an individual for the full-time position of Facility IPM and Sanitation Manager. This position is responsible for the implementation, management and continuous improvement of a “field-to-fork,” organic compliant, integrated pest prevention system, requiring full engagement and collaboration of growers, agriculture services, manufacturing, distribution and consumer response teams. This role is accountable for maintaining the highest level of industry leading pest prevention through a world class organic Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program. This position will also manage general cleaning services of all common areas within manufacturing and warehousing, as well as campus wide janitorial and landscaping services.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant experience in Integrated Pest Management and sanitation; experience in grain harvesting, storage and milling preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience, a forklift certification and prior experience in the development of standard operating procedures (SOP’s), pest prevention and grounds keeping. Candidates should have knowledge of the rice industry and processing/production systems and be experienced in the use and application of cleaning chemicals, chemical interaction and safety data sheets. Experience in Microsoft Office required. The successful candidate will understand team based systems and have the ability to work well under pressure.

This position is responsible for ensuring order accuracy, productivity levels, and facility maintenance. The UPS Warehouse and Receiving Assistant ensures a well-coordinated shipping and receiving plan; checks in, organizes and distributes all incoming supplies; utilizes the computerized inventory system; and orders all needed supplies and services with the aid of the Purchasing Department. Additional responsibilities include communicating with other departments regarding shipping, receiving, and warehousing needs and problems.
The successful candidate must possess basic reading, writing, and math skills, have the ability to work at a fast pace and have experience in Microsoft Office; related Warehouse experience is preferred. Candidates must have the ability to operate hand scanners and the computerized inventory system and maintain a good working relationship with fellow employees.
