Sales Analyst

Lundberg Family Farms is seeking an individual for the full-time position of Sales Analyst. This position is responsible for collecting, understanding, analyzing, reporting, and managing all sales-related data, including data from internal, distributor, retail, and third-party sources. This includes vetting data vendors and working with them to acquire the data necessary for the Company to make sound business decisions. The Sales Analyst will use data to create persuasive sales propositions for Regional Sales Managers to use in meetings with current and potential customers. The Sales Analyst will also make sales, promotional, and pricing strategy recommendations to the CFO and VP Sales & Marketing based on his/her analysis and experience. As a result of this person’s efforts, the Company will have a greater understanding of the Company’s sales, better visibility of the Company’s position in the market, stronger sales propositions, and improved decision-making ability.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or mathematical field; statistical analysis background preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years data analysis experience or an advanced degree. Experience with syndicated retail data (e.g. Nielsen, IRI, SPINS) and CPG industry experience preferred. The successful candidate will possess advanced computer skills including knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel; VBA programming knowledge is a plus. Candidates must have the ability to perform complex analyses, problem solve, prioritize projects and handle stressful situations. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are required. Candidates must be able to work both independently and with cross-functional teams.



Lundberg Family Farms is seeking an individual to serve as an Irrigator on a fulltime basis for our Woodland ranch. The Irrigator will ensure the proper irrigation of the fields and operate equipment as needed under the direction of the Farm Manager and Water Operations Manager. This position will be responsible for scheduling water deliveries with the Ditchtenders and irrigators, the repair and maintenance of irrigation systems and pumps, and responding to after-hours irrigation emergencies. This position requires work hours outside of normal business hours and on weekends and holidays.

The successful candidate will have previous experience with crop irrigation and water delivery, experience operating farm equipment and possess a valid California Driver’s License. Candidates must have knowledge of hand power tools, the ability to work in an environment where it is required to perform different job duties throughout the day, and have the ability to meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.


Grower Services Manager – Quinoa Specialist

Lundberg Family Farms is seeking a full-time Grower Services Manager – Quinoa Specialist. This position’s primary responsibility is to identify, qualify and support Organic Quinoa growers throughout the United States as suppliers of quinoa to Lundberg Family Farms. In addition to being a member of Lundberg Family Farms’ Grower Services Team, and the broader Agriculture Area of Focus, this position will play a key role in the company’s Quinoa Initiative, and be an integral participant in the cross-functional Quinoa Development Team. This position will develop an expertise in organic quinoa production in the United States that can be used to develop long term relationships with organic quinoa growers.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in crop science, agricultural science or related degree, have production agriculture experience – knowledge of quinoa production preferred, possess excellent organizational and communication skills as well as have the ability and desire to travel through the United States where quinoa is grown.

Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Analyst

Lundberg Family Farms is seeking an experienced individual to perform as a Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Analyst on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will support Manufacturing through development of models and analysis including labor costing, activity costing, and process/system optimization. This position will also be responsible for the development and maintenance of Manufacturing system performance monitoring tools as well as preparing weekly/monthly manufacturing financial performance reports, routine budgeting and forecasting activities. This role will partner with Finance and S&OP to build a culture of data driven decision making that drives and sustains disciplined execution and continuous improvement company wide.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, or related field. Candidates must have a minimum of three years product costing experience, including full absorption an applied costing methods as well as one year experience in operations management. Candidates must have computer skills including experience with MS Office, basic Business Intelligence Tools, and data mining experience.

Pilot Plant Coordinator

Lundberg Family Farms is seeking an experienced individual to fill its Pilot Plant Coordinator position. This position is responsible for supporting pilot plant operations. The Pilot Plant Coordinator is the resident expert in the operation of equipment used in the Pilot Plant to generate new products, develop new processes and test new materials. The position is responsible for the functionality of the pilot plant equipment, and will provide mechanical support for Lundberg Family Farms’ research and development staff. It will lead in the documentation of operating procedures developed at the Pilot Plant, for implementation in the regular manufacturing setting. This position will assist with pre-development trials, support pilot technician activities and provide other administrative duties as assigned.

The successful candidate will have three years’ of experience in food processing, confectionary, nutrition bar, or cereal processing industries; or the equivalent knowledge of food processing, food science or nutrition. The ideal candidate will have preferred working experience with operating, repairing, maintaining, and/or developing enrobing equipment, extrusion and sheeting equipment, or popped/puffed snack equipment.


Marketing Coordinator

Lundberg Family Farms is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to play an integral role in our consumer outreach program. This position’s core duties will involve planning, creating, and disseminating consumer communication in support of the company’s brand strategies and marketing programs. As a result of this person’s efforts, the department will deliver high-quality communications, driving brand awareness and loyalty amongst our consumers.

The successful candidate should have knowledge of various communication vehicles (social networks, advertising, marketing events, websites), the ability to proactively manage projects related to social media and event coordination, and act as a liaison between outside contacts, members of the Marketing Department, and various other Lundberg Family Farms departments.

This position requires a degree in Marketing or Communications or a minimum of 5 years working in the Marketing field, as well as excellent communication, problem solving, decision making, personal organizational skills, and advanced computer skills with proficiency in M/S Office and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of social networking platforms is required.


Quality Systems Manager

Lundberg Family Farms is seeking an experienced individual as a full-time Quality Systems Manager. This position collaborates with food co-manufacturing, packaging and food ingredients suppliers and distribution center facilities to constantly assess food safety, quality, and certification systems. This position is focused on finding opportunities to implement preventive measures so our food consistently delivers on company, consumer and customer expectations. The Quality Systems Manager will also lead investigations when issues arise to uncover the root causes and implement robust improvements to prevent future occurrence. The Quality Systems Manager is also responsible for managing the company wide Natural Integrated Pest Management Program, facilities janitorial services and food manufacturing waste removal programs.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, such as Food Science, Quality Management, or similar experience (Master’s Degree preferred.) Candidates should have a minimum of seven years in Quality Systems management within the food industry, as well as extensive knowledge in related food quality standards, food production management experience, and HACCP/food safety management. Experience in agriculture and organics is preferred. The successful candidate will possess excellent managerial, leadership and communication skills; and have three years of managerial/team lead experience. Candidates should also have knowledge of and experience in trace/recall, critical process measurement, hazard analysis, and product design/specifications.



Graveyard Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Lundberg Family Farms is seeking an experienced individual to perform as a Mechanic in our Rice Cakes Department on a full-time basis. Job duties include overseeing, performing and/or maintaining proper repairs and maintenance of all rice cake equipment to ensure safe operation, ensuring adequate inventory of parts (including repair parts) for minimal down time, keeping equipment & machinery updated to industry standards, and performing other duties as required.

The successful candidate must possess reading, writing, computer, electrical and mechanical skills; including reading drawings & schematics; the ability to multi-task & work well under pressure; the ability to communicate appropriately and demonstrate cooperative behavior with co-workers and others. Food production experience desired.

This position requires the ability to lift, carry and hold up to 40 pounds and perform tasks requiring repetitive motion.
