Lundberg Family Farms is seeking an individual to perform as a Dryer/Storage Manager on a full-time basis. This position will be responsible for managing all
Drying/Storage operations, with assistance from the Dryer/Storage Supervisor, ensuring the highest quality of rice product. This position will communicate with
the Senior Manager on department issues. Additional responsibilities include communicating daily with supervisor(s) and crew members regarding goals,
safety, problem solving, analyzing systems and training.
The successful candidate will have 5 or more years of supervisory experience and have related drying and storage of food or grain experience; a degree in Business, Engineering or related field is preferred. Lundberg Family Farms is seeking an experienced individual to perform as a Controls and Process Engineer on a full-time basis. This position will be responsible for providing electrical, CIS, and process improvement support for Lundberg Family Farms through the optimization of the current electrical/controls systems, integration of new equipment into the overall controls strategy and training of the technical and operations staff on system sequence of operation. The Controls and Process Engineer will execute assigned capital projects and provide technical development for the electricians and controls technicians. Responsibilities for assigned projects include, but are not limited to: job scope development, competitive bidding process, cost/plan variances, budget tracking and adherence, and project financial closure when complete.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from ABETaccredited program; Electrical Engineering preferred. Candidates must have at least three years of related manufacturing experience, have experience in electrical/controls technology in packaging and processing environment, and proven track record of hands on experience working with employees at multiple levels to deliver projects. The successful candidate will have a strong AutoCad background with P&ID familiarity, have a background in Wonderware and Rockwell communications software, possess working knowledge of Electrical NEC and NFPA 70E (Arc Flash), and have a strong background in control networks including Ethernet/IP, RIO, DH+, DeviceNet, and ControlNet. Candidates must have demonstrated knowledge in PLC hardware and software, strong problem solving and analytical skills in areas of Control Software and Programming, and have a background in PID process control utilizing instrumentation for flow, pressure, temperature, level, and weighing.

Lundberg Family Farms is seeking an individual to perform as a Nursery Assistant. This is a seasonal position that will last for about 5 months. This position is responsible for assisting the Nursery staff in preparing for and executing the nursery plan for selecting, developing, and growing of varieties of rice, beans, and
quinoa that support the company’s sale of rice and new grain products. The Nursery Assistant will assist in seed preparations, planting, maintenance and harvest, help maintain greenhouses, and take and record field notes.
The successful candidate will minimally possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent, have the ability to lift 40 pounds, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and possess methodical and thorough working habits. Individuals must have experience with rice culture or the ability to learn and be able to operate the equipment used in this operation safely and with minimal training.

Lundberg Family Farms is currently seeking a motivated individual who enjoys working in a people-oriented culture, to serve as a Human Resources Generalist. The Generalist will assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to promote a positive working environment throughout the organization.
Primary areas of responsibility include all aspects of benefits administration; worker’s compensation administration; human resources information management system administration; performance assessments, and coordination of employee events and wellness programs.
The Generalist will maintain records and logs; update reports, handbooks and procedure manuals; coordinate company meetings; prepare presentations and assist in all areas of human resources administration.
The ideal candidate should enjoy working with people; have previous experience administering benefits programs; a thorough understanding of human resources laws and requirements; have the ability to keep confidential information and be detail oriented with excellent problem solving skills. Lundberg Family Farms is seeking an individual to serve as a Regional Farm Coordinator on a full-time basis. The Regional Farm Coordinator will oversee day-to-day farm operations and staff on Lundberg Family Farms owned and operated Farms as directed by the Farm Manager and VP of Farm Operations. This position performs manual and skilled work in the area of rice and row crop production including planting, growing, irrigating and harvesting of various crops. The Regional Farm Coordinator will operate equipment as needed.
The successful candidate must have previous farm experience related to rice and row crop production; organic farming experience preferred. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and have a valid California Driver’s License; Class A License preferred. The successful candidate will possess excellent knowledge of farm equipment operation and maintenance, supervisory and communication skills, work well under pressure, and have familiarity with irrigation systems, both surface water and wells.

Lundberg Family Farms is seeking an experienced individual to perform as an Enrobed Rice Cake Production Supervisor on Swing Shift. This position is responsible for producing enrobed rice cakes that meet Lundberg’s standards and communicating with Sales, Mill, Technical Services, and Drying and Storage Department on needs and concerns. The Enrobed Rice Cake Production Supervisor will oversee Rice Cake personnel’s safety, security, morale and direction; maintain mix records/logs; maintain a thorough working knowledge of all processes and equipment; and maintain accuracy of the inventory system. Additional responsibilities include overseeing accounting for production of all products each day, providing training and guidance to employees, and assisting with performance evaluations of staff.
The successful candidate must have at least two years of previous experience in supervision, production experience related to food, possess excellent supervisory and communication skills, and have experience in Microsoft Office. Candidates must maintain a good working relationship with fellow employees and possess excellent leadership skills including the ability to motivate teams, facilitate meetings, and supervise and evaluate staff.
Applicants for this position must be willing and able to work any shift, any day of the week. This position will work weekends.
