Manager. This position is responsible for managing milling and packaging operations to
ensure that established goals and objectives with regards to quality, price, safety,
efficiency and customer requirements are achieved. This position is responsible for
communicating and coordinating with Dryer, Rice Cakes, Technical Services, Outside
Processing and Processing Departments regarding rice supply, quality, continuous
improvement and issue resolution. The Mill Operations Manager will be responsible for the
department’s capital budget, development of the staff, and will participate in the
development and implementation of new milling and packaging processes, products and
The successful candidate will have 10 years of relevant operations leadership experience
and a Bachelor’s Degree; a technical degree in engineering, milling science, food science
or operations preferred. Candidates must have successful experience leading, coaching
and managing; in-depth knowledge of milling and packaging equipment and systems,
including maintenance activities; and have demonstrated ability to work effectively
across organization boundaries and with diverse teams within a manufacturing
environment. Prior Mill Operations Management experience and experience with implementation

Lundberg Family Farms is seeking an individual for the full-time position of Sales Analyst. This position is responsible for collecting, understanding, analyzing, reporting, and managing all sales-related data, including data from internal, distributor, retail, and third-party sources. This includes vetting data vendors and working with them to acquire the data necessary for the Company to make sound business decisions. The Sales Analyst will use data to create persuasive sales propositions for Regional Sales Managers to use in meetings with current and potential customers. The Sales Analyst will also make sales, promotional, and pricing strategy recommendations to the CFO and VP Sales & Marketing based on his/her analysis and experience. As a result of this person’s efforts, the Company will have a greater understanding of the Company’s sales, better visibility of the Company’s position in the market, stronger sales propositions, and improved decision-making ability.

Lundberg Family Farms is seeking an individual for the full-time position of Facility IPM and Sanitation Manager. This position is responsible for the implementation, management and continuous improvement of a “field-to-fork,” organic compliant, integrated pest prevention system, requiring full engagement and collaboration of growers, agriculture services, manufacturing, distribution and consumer response teams. This role is accountable for maintaining the highest level of industry leading pest prevention through a world class organic Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program. This position will also manage general cleaning services of all common areas within manufacturing and warehousing, as well as campus wide janitorial and landscaping services.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant experience in Integrated Pest Management and sanitation; experience in grain harvesting, storage and milling preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience, a forklift certification and prior experience in the development of standard operating procedures (SOP’s), pest prevention and grounds keeping. Candidates should have knowledge of the rice industry and processing/production systems and be experienced in the use and application of cleaning chemicals, chemical interaction and safety data sheets. Lundberg Family Farms is currently seeking a motivated individual who enjoys working in a people-oriented culture to serve as a Human Resources and Compensation Specialist. This position will be primarily responsible for the administration of employee benefit and total compensation programs for all company operations.
The Human Resources and Compensation Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of benefits administration including reconciling monthly benefit invoices, assisting in the renewal process for all plans and leading the open enrollment process. This position will also monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, conduct total compensation research for each company position and manage compensation related projects. The Human Resources and Compensation Specialist will be responsible for administering and monitoring medical leaves of absence and supporting other HR functions as needed.
The ideal candidate should enjoy working with people; possess an in-depth understanding of employee benefit systems and total compensation systems; have a thorough understanding of human resources laws and requirements; have the ability to keep confidential information and be detail oriented with excellent problem solving skills. Lundberg Family Farms is seeking an individual to serve as an Irrigator on a fulltime basis for our Woodland ranch. The Irrigator will ensure the proper irrigation of the fields and operate equipment as needed under the direction of the Farm Manager and Water Operations Manager. This position will be responsible for scheduling water deliveries with the Ditchtenders and irrigators, the repair and maintenance of irrigation systems and pumps, and responding to after-hours irrigation emergencies. This position requires work hours outside of normal business hours and on weekends and holidays.
The successful candidate will have previous experience with crop irrigation and water delivery, experience operating farm equipment and possess a valid California Driver’s License. Lundberg Family Farms is seeking an individual for the full-time position of Industrial Electrician/Mechanic for the swing shift (4:00pm to 12:30am). This position is responsible for maintaining all production equipment and physical plant equipment. The Industrial Electrician/Mechanic’s primary focus areas are electrical and controls installation, troubleshooting and repair; mechanical maintenance and other activities are performed as secondary functions. This position will be performing preventative maintenance, ordering repair parts and supplies, designing new ways to improve production, assisting in maintaining building needs (such as heating and cooling systems), maintaining air compressors and vacuum pumps, moving and relocating existing equipment, and installing new equipment.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical maintenance or an Associate’s Degree in electrical technology. Candidates should have experience with low and high voltage industrial electrical systems, programming PLCs, troubleshooting and analyzing production machines and systems, and have experience with preventative and predictive maintenance programs. Experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, and mechanical and electrical drive/control systems relating to production and facilities maintenance is a plus. Candidates should have the ability to mechanically disassemble and assemble machines and components, repair fabrication, and read blue prints and schematics.

temporary staffing facilitation; maintaining the PULL and BIT Inspection program and other human
