Continuous Improvement Analyst

Lundberg Family Farms is seeking an experienced individual to perform as a Continuous Improvement Analyst on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will provide support for execution of continuous improvement projects, including opportunity identification and implementation. This position will also support the development and maintenance of floor level system performance tracking and communication tools in the Manufacturing Area of Focus. This role will also partner with Finance and S&OP to build a culture of data driven decision making that drives and sustains disciplined execution and continuous improvement company-wide.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Operations Management or related field. Candidates must have 1- 2 years’ experience in operations management or related area. Computer skills including experience with MS Office, basic Business Intelligence Tools and data mining experience preferred.

To be eligible for a transfer or promotion, current employees must have received positive performance assessment scores and not have had disciplinary actions within the past six months.

Supply Chain Analyst

Lundberg Family Farms is seeking an experienced individual to perform as a Supply Chain Analyst on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will analyze customer and logistics data to improve service performance, identify gaps and develop sustainable supply chain solutions. Position responsibilities will also include periodically providing support for key customer service functions such as order entry and responding to customer inquiries.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred. Candidates must have 1-3 years of Supply Chain, Customer Service or related business experience. Computer skills including MS Office and other data analysis tools required. Experience with an enterprise-wide planning system preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills required.

Small Grains Developer

Lundberg Family Farms is seeking a full-time Small Grains Developer. This position will be responsible for developing small scale applications for drying, storing and processing small grains to be ready for sale to consumers, and scaling up capabilities as domestic supply grows. The Small Grains Developer will be responsible for meeting all food safety, quality, labeling and nutritional requirements, and business and profitability targets.

The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field. Three to five years of experience in a food-related industry in a technical role such as product development, process development, product commercialization, quality assurance or food manufacturing. Two or more years of manufacturing or process development experience preferred. Looking for a candidate with high energy, positive, can-do attitude; who is a team player and has the ability to take ownership and accountability.

Lundberg Family Farms is seeking a full-time Recruiter. This position will be responsible for achieving staffing objectives by proactively sourcing and hiring qualified candidates. This position will be responsible for full cycle recruitment and onboarding processes for all Lundberg employees.

To be successful in this position, candidates should have the ability to successfully manage and prioritize hiring needs against deadlines while successfully recruiting qualified individuals. Candidates should have experience in establishing recruiting policies, procedures, and selection criteria; building applicant sources; cultivating effective working relationships; evaluating application materials; conducting new employee orientation; managing job descriptions and performing other general human resources duties.

The successful candidate should have demonstrated ability to work in a confidential environment, be a self-starter and work with minimal supervision.

A Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years previous experience in human resources along with strong communication skills are required. Applicants with previous recruiting experience are preferred.

Nursery Intern

Lundberg Family Farms is seeking an individual as a Nursery Intern. This position is responsible for preparing for and executing a variety of projects primarily associated with the growing rice seed program and other value-added crop research projects. Success in this position will contribute to the company’s ability to maintain certification of selected varieties, improve on current varieties and provide sufficient seed to meet production requirements.

The successful candidate will be pursuing a degree in Agriculture or related field preferred. Qualified applicants will have excellent written and oral communication skills; have an attention to detail, as well as a familiarity with rice culture or ability to learn.
