Graphics Coordinator

Lundberg Family Farms is seeking an individual for the full-time position of Graphics Coordinator. This position will be responsible for fulfilling the graphic design needs in support of the company’s brand strategies and marketing programs. The Graphics Coordinator will create the company’s marketing materials, sales materials, other various departments’ graphics needs, serve as contact for outside agencies (print vendors, apparel vendors, promotional material vendors, PR agency, etc.), maintain files, serve as an editor/proof reader for the department, and provide administrative and clerical support for the department. As a result of this person’s creative efforts, the department will deliver high-quality materials and programs, and remain relevant from a brand perspective.

The successful candidate will possess a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related degree OR have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a graphics-related position. Graphic Design knowledge as it relates to print and online production required; knowledge of the natural foods industry is beneficial. Candidates must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or other similar graphic software and have knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook. The successful candidate will have proficient proofing skills, excellent organizational and project management skills, and be able to communicate effectively and proactively.

Dryer/Storage Assistant Manager

Lundberg Family Farms is seeking an individual to perform as a Dryer/Storage Assistant Manager on a full-time basis. This position will be responsible for managing all D/S operations, ensuring the highest quality of rice product; communicate with D/S Manager on all department issues; communicate daily with personnel regarding goals, safety, problem solving, analyzing systems and training. The Dryer/Storage Assistant Manager will also be responsible for ensuring all rules and regulations are followed as outlined in SOP’s and ensure all D/S personnel are properly trained in operating all dryers, shipping and receiving procedures, and proper operation of grain handling equipment. This position must maintain a thorough working knowledge of all processes and equipment, including resolving problems and ensuring all records are initiated and maintained on a daily basis in Lundberg’s grain database.

The successful candidate will have 5 or more years of supervisory experience and possess excellent computer skills; a degree in Business or related field is preferred. Candidates must be self-motivated, work well in a team atmosphere, and possess excellent communication skills. A strong attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure is a must. A background in mechanical engineering and an understanding of rice drying and storage, identity preservation, and organic certification rules and regulations are desirable.

Quality Assurance Lab Supervisor

Lundberg Family Farms is seeking an experienced individual to perform as a Quality Assurance Lab Supervisor on a full-time basis. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day QA lab activities for compliance to quality and food safety standards within the manufacturing departments. The Quality Assurance Lab Supervisor will supervise all quality technicians and ensure compliance with GMP, product specifications, and all requirements related to quality and food safety standards.

The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or similar science and prior experience in HACCP programs and flowcharting software; 1 to 3 years of related lab experience preferred. Candidates must have knowledge of comprehensive food quality, food safety, and general laboratory standards and be well versed in GMPs, HACCP, personal safety and regulatory compliance. Candidates must have knowledge of food industry, processing and production systems and understand team based organizational structure.
