It's me again! I noticed the rating that was typed in was wrong! I wanted to put 5 STARS *****down and it shows 3.5
Just wanted to clarify that it deserves "5 STARS " *****

I love your Brown Rice Pasta, I am gluten intollerant, but I really like your pasta best any way.  So, thank you for offering it.  My question is, I recently started Weight Watchers and we have this point plus system.  I see on your box that one serving is 1/5 of the pasta in the box.  The nutritional information is good but it does not tell  me what are the: protein, fat, carbohydrates, fiber are in one cup of cooked pasta.  Do you have that information please?

Barbara - The nutritional information for pasta (rice too in case you were curious) is the same cooked as when it is dry (excluding things you add when cooking). For this particular product, one serving is 55 grams, which is just shy of 1/4 cup (.23 cups, or 1.94oz). This should make about 1 cup of cooked pasta. So in regards to what you're asking, the serving size on the box should make 1 cup of cooked pasta, or ~5 cups for the entire box.

    Hope this helps!

I have been reading Dr. Davis's book, "Wheat Belly". We had the Brown Rice Pasta Spaghetti and it was  great, it was so nice to have a Spaghetti dinner again, it tested wonderful.
I was wondering if you have a thin spaghetti?  I had been buying the thinner spaghetti and really liked it better.  Thank you for making a better product for us.
