Cooking Instructions

  • 8 oz rice (contents of package)
  • 1 1/3- 1 ½ cups water and/or broth
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

In a medium saucepan saute rice in olive oil for 1 minute. Add liquid. Bring to a boil, cover. Reduce heat to a fast simmer. Cook 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Let stand covered 10 minutes. Drain any extra liquid. Fluff with fork, salt to taste. Serve.
