    These are the best rice cakes I have ever tasted.
    Compared to the others on the market, Ludbergs are,
    * Heavier which means that there is not as much air in them.
    * Hearty, whole brown rice 
    * Always fresh
    They may cost about $1.00 more than other brands but they are worth it.

    These rice cakes are a life saver for me.  I do not eat flour and so my husband and I eat these rice cakes with various toppings (eg. hummus, bananas, applesauce, cottage cheese, etc.)
