Ingredients:

Organic whole grain brown rice, organic rice flour (organic whole brown rice flour, organic rice flour), high oleic expeller-pressed safflower or sunflower oil, organic whole masa corn flour, organic sesame seeds, less than 2% of the following: tomato powder, organic black bean flakes, salt, green bell pepper powder, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, spices (chili pepper, oregano, jalapeño, black pepper), citric acid, lemon powder, natural smoke flavor, organic rice concentrate, and natural caramel color. Contains Sesame.

    I first tried the Sesame & Seaweed flavored rice chips and was hooked.  What a delicious and healthy snack!  So when I saw the Pico de Gallo flavor I grabbed a bag.  They were equally delicious.  HOWEVER, when I read the nutritional info I was horrified that I had eaten them.  430 mg of sodium per serving!!!!  This cannot be considered a "healthy alternative to traditional chips!"  Lundberg please find a way to change the recipe to drastically lower the sodium content.  Other brands of similar flavored chips have 50-75% less sodium per serving.  The Pico de Gallo chips are really delicious and I would love to be able to eat them again.
