Organic Risotto Florentine

Hearty organic spinach, rich flavorful organic mushrooms and Lundberg's® Arborio rice mix gently with subtle spices to create a delectable vegan rendition of a favorite from Florence . And it's fast and easy to prepare.

Cooking Instructions

Saute rice with 1/2tbsp olive oil in a 2-qt heavy saucepan over medium heat. Add 2-1/2 cups of water, and contents of seasoning pouch, stirring well to blend seasonings. Heat to boil. reduce heat to simmer. Do not cover. Cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish with grated parmesan cheese, tomato and rosemary, if desired. Serve piping hot.

Organic arborio rice, organic dehydrated vegetables (spinach, mushroom, garlic, onion), sea salt, organic evaporated cane juice, yeast extract, organic spices (turmeric, basil, black pepper, oregano, parsley, rosemary, sage), organic sunflower oil, citric acid, natural garlic flavors.

    thank you, We have tried the Risotto, Gluten Free mix.  Directions were very easy to understand and micro wave directions worked with ease.  Taste is excellent. Giving our simple meal added flavor that would say I had slaved over a hot stove for a show off dinner.  Thank you for sharing this product with us.

    Very good. Cooked stove top and really enjoyed the full flavor. Would have been very surprised to find out how good this was if I wouldn't have read the box first. The kids even enjoyed it. Thank you
