Organic Risotto Porcini Mushroom

Wild Porcini Mushroom sets the earthy, exotic flavor of rare porcinis against a silky background of cream.

Cooking Instructions

Sauté rice with ½ tbsp olive oil* in a 2-qt heavy saucepan over medium heat. Add 2 ½ cups of water, and contents of seasoning pouch, stirring well to blend seasonings. Heat to boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Do not cover. Cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish with grated parmesan cheese if desired. Serve piping hot.

*Variations: Use ½ tbsp butter or margarine.

Organic Arborio rice, organic brown rice flour, sea salt, organic dried cane syrup, organic wild Porcini mushrooms, organic dried onion, organic dried garlic, natural flavors (butter, garlic, onion), organic sunflower or safflower oil, organic black pepper, lactic acid, organic rice concentrate. Contains Milk.

    Good, but needs a lot more mushrooms and a lot less yeast flavor. =)
