Delicious and rich, Lundberg® Garlic Primavera Risotto blends
Lundberg Eco-Farmed California Arborio rice, Parmesan cheese, roasted
garlic, zucchini, carrots and red and green bell peppers. Low-fat and
easy to prepare, this classic risotto goes from stovetop to table in
just 20 minutes.
Cooking Instructions
Put 1/2 tbsp olive oil in a heavy nonstick 2-qt saucepan and
place over medium heat. Add rice and stir until grains are coated with
oil. Stir in contents of the seasoning pouch and 2-1/2 cups water. Mix
well to dissolve seasonings. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to simmer and
cook uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let stand for 5
minutes. Garnish with Parmesan cheese if desired.

dehydrated vegetables (onion, garlic, zucchini, carrots, red and green
bell peppers), parsley, salt, rice flour, cane juice powder, nonfat dry
milk, natural flavors, parmesan cheese blend, whey, black pepper, garlic
extract, turmeric, expeller-pressed safflower oil (less than 2% added
as a processing aid). Contains Milk.
