Cooking Instructions

Servings (about 1 cup cooked) 1 2-3 5-6
Roasted Brown Rice Couscous 1/4 cup 1/2 cup 1 box
Water or Broth 1/2 cup 1 cup 3 cups+1 tbsp
Salt (optional) pinch 1/4 tsp 1/2 tsp

In a medium saucepan with lid bring water to a boil. Stir in roasted brown rice couscous;cover with lid. Reduce heat to low; cook 13-15 minutes. Do not lift lid. Remove from heat; steam with lid on for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. Salt & pepper to taste.
