Ingredients

2 ripe avocados, pitted, peeled and chopped

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp pickled ginger

2 tbsp chopped green onions

2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

4 tsp lemon juice

¼ tsp sriracha sauce

1 bag (6 oz/170 g) Lundberg Wasabi Rice Chips  or 1 bag (5.5oz/156g Pink Himalayan Salt Red Rice & Quinoa Chips

Preparation

In food processor, purée avocados, soy sauce and pickled ginger until smooth. Stir in green onions, cilantro, lemon juice and sriracha. Serve immediately with Lundberg Wasabi Rice Chips.
