Ingredients

1 box of Crabby Rice

2 c Hearts of Palm, drained and finely chopped

1/4 finely diced Onion

1/4 finely diced Green Bell Pepper

1Tbsp Olive Oil

2 tsp Dijon Mustard

2 Tbsp chopped Parsley

1/4 c vegan Mayo

1/4 c Vegetable Stock

1 tsp minced Garlic

1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation

Cook the crabby rice according to the package. Mix in remaining ingredients and transfer to a casserole dish. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
