Ingredients

1 box of Lundberg Organic Sprouted Toasted Coconut Rice

Ā¾ cup of canned coconut milk, well mixed

1 cup of water

Preparation

In a medium saucepan combineĀ rice, seasoning, water and coconut milk. Stir well and bring to a boil.

Cover and reduce heat to low. Do not lift lid while cooking. Simmer for 35 minutes.

Remove from heat. Let stand covered for 5 minutes.

Add coconut flakes, fluff with fork and serve.
