Ingredients

2 tbsp butter

1 cup diced onion

1 clove garlic, minced

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tsp red wine vinegar

1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed and softened

½ cup crumbled Stilton or blue cheese

¼ cup sour cream

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

½ tsp pepper

1 bag (6 oz/170 g) Lundberg Honey Dijon Rice Chips

Preparation

In large skillet, melt butter over medium heat; cook onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and vinegar, stirring occasionally, for 20 to 25 minutes or until very soft and caramelized.

In bowl, stir together warm onion mixture, cream cheese, Stilton, sour cream, parsley and pepper; transfer to shallow ovenproof baking dish. Bake in preheated 425°F oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until mixture is bubbling at edges. Serve hot with Lundberg Honey Dijon Rice Chips.
