Ingredients

1 (15oz.) can Great Northern Beans, rinsed & drained

1½ Tbsp. olive oil

1-2 cloves garlic, peeled

½ tsp salt (optional)

1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

6 to 7 drops Sriracha hot sauce, or to taste

Preparation

Finely mince garlic in a food processor. Add Great Northern Beans, olive oil, and lemon juice. Puree until a smooth consistency. Blend in salt to taste, and add a few drops of Sriracha. Place in a small bowl and cover. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes, or overnight to blend flavors. Serve with Lundberg Crabby Rice Chips.
