Ingredients

1 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt

½ cup finely chopped fresh cilantro

2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

½ tsp minced garlic

⅛ tsp ground red pepper

Salt to taste

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; chill for a minimum of 30 minutes, or overnight to develop flavors. Serve with Lundberg Ancho Chile Red Rice & Quinoa Chips.
