Rice Bran Granola Cereal

Cooking Instructions:

  • 2 cups uncooked old-fashion rolled oats
  • 1 cup rice cereal
  • 3/4 cup rice bran
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp. margarine, melted
  • vegetable cooking spray

Combine oats, cereal, bran, raisins, almonds, and cinnamon in large bowl; stir in honey and margarine. Spread mixture on baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool. Serve as a topping for yogurt and/or fresh fruit. Store in a tightly covered container. Makes 10 servings.
