Heat & Eat Italiano Bowl
Cook Heat & Eat Organic Long Grain Rice Bowl according to directions and empty into a larger bowl
Stir into hot rice:
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil or 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 clove of minced fresh garlic or 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 tablespoons sliced black olives
- 2-3 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained and julienned
- 2-3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Garnish with any of the following:
- Cubes of bleu or feta cheese
- Red and green bell peppers
- Anchovy fillets, drained
- Cubes of ham, smoked chicken or turkey
- Cubes of mozzarella cheese
