Old Fashioned Spaghetti

Cooking Instructions:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 pound mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1 (24.5-ounce) jar Amy’s Organic Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce
  • 6 ounces vegetarian ground beef crumbles
  • 6 ounces vegetarian sausage crumbles
  • 6-ounce can large pitted olives, drained
  • 1/4-1/2 cup red wine (optional)
  • 10-ounce box Lundberg Spaghetti Brown Rice Pasta, cooked according to package directions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat . Add mushrooms and garlic and sauté 2 minutes. Stir in Amy’s Pasta Sauce, vegetarian crumbles, olives, and wine. Heat to simmer and serve over cooked Lundberg Spaghetti Pasta. Pass Parmesan cheese.      Serves 4.
