Cooking Instructions:
- 2 cups Black Japonica™ rice cooked according to package directions
- 3/4 c mayonnaise
- 1/4 c honey
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 6 chicken breast halves
- sliced orange as garnish
Mix
mayonnaise, honey, mustard and horseradish in a bowl. Brush mixture on
Chicken breasts. Broil or grill the chicken breasts until done. Spread
the Black Japonica™ on a platter as a bed for the chicken breasts.
Arrange the chicken breasts on the Black Japonica™ and garnish with
sliced orange. Makes 6 servings.
