Cooking Instructions:
- 3 cups Jubilee® rice blend, cooked according to package directions
- 2 zucchinis, sliced
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 container sour cream or sour cream substitute
- 2 onions, sliced thin
- 5 tomatoes, sliced thin.
In
a 13" x 9" baking pan, layer the following ingredients in order: rice
(on the bottom of the pan), onion, zucchini, cheese, tomatoes and sour
cream. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until cheese melts. Makes 6
servings.
