Cooking Instructions:
- 3 cups cooked Lundberg® Long Grain Brown rice, cooled
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/2 cup drained bean sprouts
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions
- 1/3 cup slivered cooked roast pork
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Heat rice and salt in well-greased large
skillet. Add vegetables, pork and egg. Cook, stirring, 3 minutes over
high heat. Add pepper and soy sauce. Cook, stirring, 1 minute longer.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
