Summer Seafood Salad

Cooking Instructions:

  • 3 cups cooked Lundberg® Golden Rose® Brown Rice
  • 1 pound flaked crab
  • 1/2 cup diced green pepper
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/3 cup sliced ripe olives
  • 1/3 cup prepared Italian dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper

    Combine rice, crab, green pepper, onions and olives. Combine dressing and white pepper. Pour over rice mixture. Toss lightly. Makes 4 servings.
