Whole Grain & Brown Rice Turkey Soup

Cooking Instructions:

  • 1 cup cooked Lundberg® Countrywild® Rice Blend
  • 1/2 large onion, diced
  • 1/4 green bell pepper, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, diced
  • 2 (14.5 oz.) cans of beef broth
  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can chicken broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 cups mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 to 2 tsp. marjoram
  • 3 cups spinach, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in olive oil. Add broth, water, rice and turkey. Saute mushrooms in butter and marjoram; add to soup. Simmer for 10 minutes and add spinach. Add salt and pepper to taste.
