Ingredients: *Parboiled White Rice, *Seasoning (*Rice Flour, Sea Salt, *Cane Sugar, *Cilantro, *Lime Oil, *Rice Concentrate, Citric Acid, *Cumin, *Cilantro Oil). *Organic
- In a medium saucepan, combine 1 1/2 cup water, rice, seasoning packet, and 1 Tbsp. olive oil (optional). Stir well and bring to a boil.
- Cover and reduce heat to low. Do not lift lid while cooking. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Fluff with fork and serve.
- Soak up the compliments.
Serve with grilled shrimp, squeeze fresh lime over rice, and top with fresh chopped cilantro. Mix in black beans, pico de gallo, a vegan option. Substitute half of the water with coconut milk and garnish with fresh chopped cilantro and a fresh squeeze of lime for a coconut lime rice.
