Cilantro Lime Rice
Elevate your meal with the fresh taste of cilantro and a splash of lime. This recipe starts with our quality organic white rice and finishes with a zesty herb and seasoning blend. Delightfully balanced and wonderfully delicious!
1. In a medium saucepan, combine 1 ½ cup water, rice, seasoning packet, and 1 Tbsp. olive oil (optional). Stir well and bring to a boil.
2. Cover and reduce heat to low. Do not lift lid while cooking. Simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Remove from heat. Fluff with fork and serve.
4. Soak up the compliments.
Serve with grilled shrimp, squeeze fresh lime over rice, and top with fresh chopped cilantro.
Mix in black beans, pico de gallo, a vegan option.
Substitute half of the water with coconut milk and garnish with fresh chopped cilantro and a fresh squeeze of lime for a coconut lime rice.
