Cooking Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring 1 2/3 cup water or broth and 1 cup rice to a boil.
  2. Cover with a tight-fitting lid, reduce heat to low simmer, and cook for 40 minutes
  3. Remove from heat (keep covered) and steam for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve.

Rice Cooker Instructions: To prepare in a rice cooker, use the same liquid to rice ratio.

*If rice is too firm at the end of cooking time, add 1-2 Tbsp. water and cook longer.
