Cooking Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups water and 1 cup rice to boil.
  2. Cover with a tight-fitting lid. Reduce heat to maintain a low simmer, and cook 30 minutes for al dente and 35 minutes for more tender rice.
  3. Remove from heat (keep covered) and steam for 10 mintues. Fluff with fork and serve.

Rice Cooker Instructions: To prepare in a rice cooker, use the same liquid to rice ratio.

*If rice is too firm at the end of cooking, it may be necessary to add 1-2 Tbsp. liquid and cook longer.
