Ingredients: *Quinoa, *Parboiled White Rice, *Seasoning (*Rice Flour, *Garlic Powder, *Sea Salt, *Cane Sugar, *Parsley, *Onion, *Rosemary, *Black Pepper, *Rice Concentrate, *Oregano, *Sunflower Oil, Citric Acid). *Organic
- In a medium saucepan, combine 1 1/4 cup water, quinoa & rice pouch, seasoning packet, and 1 tsp. olive oil (optional). Stir well and bring to a boil.
- Cover and reduce heat to low. Do not lift lid while cooking. Simmer for 18 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Fluff with fork and serve.
- Soak up the compliments.
Serve with grilled chicken.
Stuff rice in cremini mushrooms, top with breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese, and bake in oven.
Serve with grilled white fish and a squeeze of lemon juice.
