Spanish Style Rice
Transform your meal into a fiesta with savory tomato, sweet bell pepper, a burst of garlic and onion, and just the right amount of spice. This recipe starts with our quality organic white rice and finihses with a bold seasoning blend. Delightfully balanced and wonderfully delicious!
1. In a medium saucepan, combine 1 ½ cup water, rice, seasoning packet, and 1 Tbsp. olive oil (optional). Stir well and bring to a boil.
2. Cover and reduce heat to low. Do not lift lid while cooking. Simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Remove from heat. Fluff with fork and serve.
4. Soak up the compliments.
Toss with sliced onions, grilled bell peppers, and diced cooked chicken in a baking dish. Top with shredded cheese and bake in oven until cheese if melted for a chicken fajita casserole.
