- Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan with lid, and add Lundberg Brown Basmati, butter, lemon juice & zest, cumin, and raisins.
- Cover and reduce heat to simmer; cook 50 minutes. Remove from heat and let steam 10 minutes with lid on.
