Instructions

  1. Follow cooking instructions on Lundberg Organic Creamy Parmesan Risotto. When finished, set aside.
  2. Add oil, asparagus, and red bell peppers to a small sauté pan on medium heat. Season with sea salt to taste. Sauté for 5 mins and set aside.
  3. Add the risotto to a shallow bowl. Layer with asparagus and red bell pepper. Top with Parmesan cheese and chives. Enjoy!
