Instructions

  1. Open two pouches of Lundberg Organic Coconut Rice and add to a large skillet or follow microwave directions.
  2. In a small bowl, combine coconut cream, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, and cardamom.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cream and sugar mixture with rice.
  4. Refrigerate for at least thirty minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped almonds or cashews, if desired, and enjoy!
