Easy Coconut Rice Pudding
2 pouches Lundberg Organic Coconut Rice – Fully Cooked & Ready to Heat
1/2 cup coconut cream
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/2 tsp. cardamom
Almonds or toasted cashews – chopped for garnish (optional)
Open two pouches of Lundberg Organic Coconut Rice and add to a large skillet or follow microwave directions.
In a small bowl, combine coconut cream, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, and cardamom.
In a large bowl, combine cream and sugar mixture with rice.
Refrigerate for at least thirty minutes.
