Ingredients

2 Lundberg Family Farms Organic Coconut Rice – Fully Cooked, Ready to Heat Pouches

1/2 cup coconut cream

1/2 cup sweeten condensed milk

1/2 tsp. cardamom

Almonds or tasted cashews – chopped for garnish

Preparation

Open two pouches of Lundberg Coconut Rice and add to large skillet or follow microwave directions.

In a small bowl, combine coconut cream, sweetened condensed milk and sugar.

In a large bowl combine cream and sugar mixture with rice.

Refrigerate for at least thirty minutes.

Garnish with chopped almonds or cashews, enjoy!
