Ingredients

2 Pouches Lundberg Family Farms Ready to Heat Harissa Rice

2 Red Bell Peppers, diced

1 Bunch Kale, stems removed, chiffonade and sautéed

½ Cup Red Wine Vinegar

1 tsp Sea Salt

2 Tbsp White Sugar

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Preparation

Follow cooking instructions on Lundberg Family Farms Ready to Heat Harissa rice pouches.  Microwave method preferred.

Dice bell peppers, discard seeds and inner membranes.  Add to large mixing bowl.

Remove stems from kale and chiffonade add to bell pepper mix in large bowl.

When the rice has cooled to the touch, combine rice with the bell pepper and kale mixture together in the large mixing bowl.

Add red wine vinegar, olive oil, sugar, sea salt and mix everything together until thoroughly incorporated.

Cover and refrigerate for 30 mins, enjoy.
