- In a small saucepan on low heat, add peanut butter and brown rice syrup. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- In a large bowl, crumble rice cakes and add almonds. Coat with the heated peanut butter mixture.
- Mix the ingredients and slowly add protein powder until fully incorporated.
- Spoon 1 Tbsp of the mixture and roll into a ball, repeat until bowl is empty. Roll each ball in shredded coconut.
