Ingredients

4 cups oil for frying
1 cup Lundberg Family Farms Antique White Quinoa
½ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup pepitas
2 tsp. Everything Bagel Seasoning (sea salt, minced garlic, minced onion, black sesame seeds, poppy seeds)

Preparation

Fill a large pot with frying oil of choice and heat to 360 degrees.
When temperature of oil is at 360 degrees, carefully add dry, uncooked quinoa and fry for 30 seconds.
Remove quinoa and carefully add to a paper-lined plate to cool.
Add seasoning to quinoa and combine with sunflower seeds and pepitas.
