Instructions

  1. Open two pouches of Lundberg Basmati & Quinoa Rice and add to large skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add extra virgin olive oil and sauté for 3 minutes.
  3. Combine bell peppers, jalapeño, and beans, sauté for an additional 5 minutes
