Ingredients

2 Lundberg Family Farms Organic Basmati & Quinoa – Fully Cooked, Ready to Heat Pouches

2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

1 red bell pepper – diced

1 jalapeño – diced

1 can black beans

Shredded rotisserie chicken

Preparation

Open two pouches of Lundberg Basmati & Quinoa Rice and add to large skillet on medium heat.

Add extra virgin olive oil and sauté for 3 minutes.

Combine bell peppers, jalapeño, and beans, sauté for an additional 5 minutes

Add chicken until heated through, and serve.
