Stovetop Cooking Instructions

In a medium saucepan, combine 1 1/2 cup water, rice, seasoning packet, and 1 Tbsp. olive oil (optional). Stir well and bring to a boil.

Cover and reduce heat to low. Do not lift lid while cooking. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Remove from heat. Fluff with fork and serve.

Soak up the compliments.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with skirt steak or your favorite choice of skewered grilled meat and vegetables. Sprinkle with parsley.
Serve with blackened salmon and mango salsa on top.
Serve with charred eggplant for a vegan option.
