Founder Jake Deleon, a first-generation Filipino-American immigrant, was inspired to start Fila Manila to share his family's favorite recipes while also proudly introducing the delicious flavors of Filipino cuisine across the country. From Filipino Adobo Sauce to Banana Ketchup, Jake’s beloved family recipes are a tasty (and convenient!) way to bring the flavors of the Philippines to your table.

Ingredients:
5 cups cooked Lundberg Organic White Jasmine Rice (day old works best)
⅓ cup Fila Manila Adobo sauce, plus 2 tbsp. for serving
3 eggs, divided
3 tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ cups diced cooked breakfast sausage
Salt to taste
Chopped scallions
Instructions:
- Break up cooked rice on a large plate or cookie sheet. Crack one egg on top and mix well. Set aside.
- Heat 1 ½ tsp. Oil in a large nonstick pan on medium high. Add eggs and scramble, breaking up. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Add 2 tbsp. oil and garlic and cook until golden brown and crispy. Add sausage and cook until warmed. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Add remaining 1 ½ tsp. Oil. Add rice and cook, stirring frequently, until dried and rice is loosened. Add more oil if needed.
- Add ⅓ cup Adobo sauce and stir to combine. Cook, stirring occasionally, until you get some crispy bits from bottom.
- Add in scrambled eggs, garlic, and sausage. Mix well. Salt to taste.
- Turn off heat and drizzle 2 tbsp. Adobo sauce and scallions. Mix well.
- Serve immediately.
This recipe also works great with the Fila Manila Kare-Kare sauce to make a peanuty version!
